Anton has over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate governance, acquisitions, joint ventures, financial institutions regulatory matters, reorganizations and optimizations of corporate holding structures. Anton graduated from Mikhail Speransky Faculty of Law of the Academy of National Economy and completed venture capital courses at Berkeley Venture Capital University.
